Hugh, thanks for the lovely hamper to celebrate our new purchase it was a kind gesture..... and a big thanks also for assisting in getting our loans fixed up when we had the small problem.
I'd also like to thank you for all your help and guidance through the process which helped make the transition to investment property owner go so smoothly and gave me the confidence to get through a slightly anxious period. Next time will not be as daunting thanks to your expert guidance and we look forward to dealing with you again in the future.
Everything has gone well with the accountant and my tax adjustment has been set in motion. I look forward to the tax return to see if the benefits are above my expectations and to move forward on the next one in the not too distant future!
